Kila Online Store charges a flat rate shipping fee for all orders local product orders placed with Kila. Imported products have the same shipping fees. Each product description clearly states if the product is imported.
All local products that are ordered through the shopping cart on this website will be subjected to one single flat rate for shipping per order. This fee covers parcel delivery Locker-to-Locker with Pudo (Alt paxi). International products also have a flat shipping rate regardless of the qty ordered.
NB! Please note that it is possible that customs may request a small import duty on your imported item. This varies and is inconsistent. If charged, the import duty is for the buyers account.
While all efforts will be made to adhere to the stated schedules, factors such as political unrest, pandemics, etc could result in an increased delivery period. We can not be held liable for late deliveries in such circumstances.
The cut-off time for order placement is 10.00 am Mon to Fri. Orders placed after this time will normally only be processed on the following working day.
Parcel tracking is available on all shipments. The tracking code will be sms’d to you as soon as the parcel has been shipped.
Please allow an extra couple of days for far outlying areas.
International shipping – 3 to 4 weeks

Returns Policy
All items are 100% quality-checked prior to posting.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once the item has been received, inspected, and found to be in the original condition, a refund will be processed. This may take a couple of days to reflect into your account. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
